Had everything I needed and at reasonable prices so didn't need to go elsewhere or DIY shops. Able to give advice on... adhesive types, grouts, tanking etc. Woukd use again should we need to. read more

If I could give more stars I would.I placed my order late Thursday night and my tiles arrived early this morning. I... couldn't believe how quickly they arrived given the current times we are in. They arrived on a pallet and was delivered by a very pleasant delivery man. After the courier had left I decided to check the tiles...... I realised these tiles as lovely as they were, were not the ones I had ordered. I rang straightaway WOW what excellent customer service. First and foremost they apologised and then checked the order while on the telephone asked for my location and said they would come and collect the tiles and bring my tiles with them. Just after 12 noon the owner arrived with my tiles and collected the tiles delivered earlier. Again, very apologetic.Would I recommend - already have. Would I use again - First4Tiles will be my first port of call.Once again thank you for your excellent service and my gorgeous tiles. read more
